1. Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund requests under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

  • The item does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.

  • The item is returned in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

  • The refund request is made within 7 days from the date of purchase (for in-store purchases) or receipt (for online purchases).

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind or wrong size selection.

  • Items purchased on clearance, sale, or marked as "non-refundable."

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Accessories such as earrings, undergarments, and swimwear due to hygiene reasons.

3. Refund Process

  • Customers must contact our customer service at +60 16 - 7109234 before returning an item.

  • Approved returns must be sent to our store/warehouse at No 26, (Ground Floor) Jalan Mega 1, Pusat Perdagangan Mega , Jalan Sakeh , 84000 Muar Johor.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

4. Exchange Option

If eligible, customers may opt for an exchange instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

5. Consumer Rights under Malaysian Law

As per the Consumer Protection Act 1999, consumers are entitled to a refund or replacement if the purchased product:

  • Has a major defect that cannot be repaired.

  • Is not as advertised or does not perform as promised.
