1. Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refund requests under the following conditions:
The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
The item does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.
The item is returned in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
The refund request is made within 7 days from the date of purchase (for in-store purchases) or receipt (for online purchases).
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be granted for:
Change of mind or wrong size selection.
Items purchased on clearance, sale, or marked as "non-refundable."
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
Accessories such as earrings, undergarments, and swimwear due to hygiene reasons.
3. Refund Process
Customers must contact our customer service at +60 16 - 7109234 before returning an item.
Approved returns must be sent to our store/warehouse at No 26, (Ground Floor) Jalan Mega 1, Pusat Perdagangan Mega , Jalan Sakeh , 84000 Muar Johor.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
4. Exchange Option
If eligible, customers may opt for an exchange instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.
5. Consumer Rights under Malaysian Law
As per the Consumer Protection Act 1999, consumers are entitled to a refund or replacement if the purchased product:
Has a major defect that cannot be repaired.
Is not as advertised or does not perform as promised.
